Meet The Team
Hailing from Buffalo, New York, Earl and found a passion for cooking at a young age. Earl migrated to Cleveland in 2016, when Chef Eddie selected him to be his Commis in Greece for the Global Chef Challenge. For Earl, cooking is a way of life. He enjoys the mystique of the industry and gaining knowledge through daily experiences.
Chef Eddie is a world renowned chef that has competed in over 30 international and national culinary competitions. In 2013 was named Chef of the Year through the American Culinary Federation and was a member of the 2012 Culinary Olympic Team. Chef Eddie resides back home in Cleveland, OH, where he brings his travels, dedication, knowledge and experiences as the restaurateur of Distill Table and etc catering and product line company.
Tim Harnett forged a self-taught career in mixology and hospitality with the help of Cleveland's great industry network. Becoming Portside Distillery's first and only tiki cocktail ambassador. Tim graduated from here to Griffin Cider House and Gin Bar, creating this establishment's first gin cocktail menu. He continued his journey at Masthead Brewing launching their craft cocktail program, and Old City Libations, developing many-layered craft soda cocktails. Today Tim is also Treasurer and an active member of Cleveland's chapter of the United States Bartenders' Guild.
